Are you a B2B Sales Manager looking for an exciting role that combines the thrill of the hunt with strategic partnership? This organisation has a strong local presence in the market (circa 60 in Melbourne) with limited sales capability previously. They are a globally listed business with a strong existing client base across ASX top 20 accounts and a good track record across financial services and retail clients in particular.

This role will suit someone who is a hunter and experienced in dealing with enterprise sales cycles. The business have an excellent culture rooted in technology and collaboration. You will have plenty of resources to draw on to help win and develop business and an exceptional delivery capability with multiple partner accreditations across Data Engineering, AI, Product/App development, Cloud Engineering (AWS/Azure/GCP) & more.

They are a solutions based business and this will suit someone with experience and interest in selling varied IT services across multiple technology disciplines. You will also be able to lean on and leverage a world class global marketing function.

**The Role**:

- Prospect, qualify and nurture leads
- Co-develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in Australia's top businesses.
- Collaborate with global partners network to co-create and drive joint sales initiatives.
- Be a relentless learner, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscapes.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience in a B2B sales role within an IT Consultant/Professional Services organisation
- You're a strategic thinker, comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and building win-win partnerships.
- You're an agile go-getter with a "get things done" attitude and a growth mindset
- Experience working with technology partners like AWS, Google Cloud, or Databricks is highly desirable
