As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven B2B Partnership Development Manager to join our team to lead our growth.
**Role Overview**: The B2B Partnership Development Manager will be at the forefront of Cellcast’s growth strategy, responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with B2B platforms and businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify and Target Potential Partners**: Conduct market research to identify B2B platforms and companies that would benefit from Cellcast’s SMS/MMS services.
- **Build Strong Relationships**: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at targeted companies, understanding their needs and how Cellcast can provide value.
- **Present and Demonstrate Solutions**: Lead presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of partnering with Cellcast, tailoring the pitch to the specific needs of each prospect.
- **Negotiate and Close Deals**: Lead negotiations to secure partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration for new partners.
- **Monitor Partnership Success**: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Achieve and Exceed Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new partner acquisitions and revenue growth.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the SMS/MMS marketing landscape and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet KPI's.
- Love of smart technology and AI

Pay: $74,868.98 - $104,244.30 per year
