Key Responsibilities:
- Plan driver schedules, ensuring efficient routes and quick adjustments for any changes
- Handle customer inquiries, book jobs, and ensure all services meet client needs
- Review and process paperwork, ensuring accuracy for billing and compliance
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and tenders to secure new business
- Support office operations with data entry, reporting, and coordination
About you:
- Organised and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Tech-savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF)
- A problem-solver who thrives under pressure
- Knowledgeable about Sydney and its surrounding areas
