You will be part of a team of five people who all report to the Sales Operations Manager in Sweden. Together you will support SignUp´s international sales teams in Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia as well as with our partner network in various locations including New Zealand. In your role as a Business Support Administrator, you will provide internal support, and also provide support directly to existing customers and partners. This means that you will have a lot of contact with several internal departments as well as customers and partners in various locations but primarily in the Asia Pacific region.

**Your key responsibilities will be:
- **Reseller Order Bookings**:
Coordinate with resellers to process and book orders accurately, maintaining strong communication to facilitate seamless transactions.
- **Invoicing Coordinator**:
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of volume upgrades, renewals and new sales.
- **Customer Upgrades Monitoring**:
Monitor and identify potential upgrades for existing customers, working closely with the sales team to capitalize on opportunities for growth
- **Pipeline Status Follow-up**:
Regularly follow up on the pipeline status, ensuring that sales representatives are updated on leads and opportunities.
Send timely reminders and communications to sales representatives, keeping them informed of upcoming deadlines.
- **Team Communication**:
Communicate team achievements to the sales teams.
- **Contract Support**:
Support partners and end customers in changes to existing contracts by utilising existing templates.
- **CRM Registration**:
Ensure correct registration in MS Dynamics CRM.
Assist with quotes to partners and internally by utilising existing templates.
- **Termination and Offboarding**:
Efficiently handle the terminations and offboarding processes for existing customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive customer experience.
- **Additional Tasks**:
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Your primary working tools will be MS Dynamics CRM for customer management and MS Outlook, MS Teams, and the telephone for communication. You will also handle various tasks using MS Excel and MS Word, so strong proficiency with the Office suite is essential. Attention to detail is crucial, and you won’t hesitate to pick up the phone to resolve potential issues with customers or coordinate with other departments internally.
