About the Role
The mme group is seeking a highly organized Event Coordinator and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that will be split into two main areas: HR Admin and Accounts, and Office Administration and Medical Events Coordination.
HR Admin and Accounts (2 days)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage the HR platform and database
- Record leave using Employment Hero
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and reconciling accounts
- Be trained in payroll to cover colleagues
Office Administration and Medical Events Coordination (3 days)
- Manage the delivery of all medical education events, roadshows, and national conferences
- Apply for compliance regulations to sponsor third-party and HCP-related events
- Arrange travel and coordinate marketing materials
- Maintain stock and organize event packs and collateral
- Coordinate the move to a new production facility by the end of 2025
- Manage in-house and social events, and support yearly sales meetings and awards with VIPs
About You
We are looking for a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills. You should excel in managing multiple tasks and have strong communication skills to navigate key stakeholders. Experience in HR, finance, office administration, and event coordination is desired, but your ability to foster a motivated and productive environment, coupled with adaptability and dedication, will be key to success.
What We Offer
This role offers a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company provides a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
