Priority Networking are a rapidly growing, fast-paced National IT consultancy. We are part of Count who together make up a collection of businesses to unlock capabilities to thousands of clients.
We are looking for an experienced, positive, and results-driven Sales Administrator to assist a team of Account Managers with sales and administrative support for our team.

**What will you do**:
- Work with the full lifecycle of the sales process, from product sourcing, quote preparation through to ordering ad receiving of hardware and software,
- Preparing business proposals,
- Invoicing tasks as required including monthly invoicing and time entry reviews,
- Administrating client agreements and contracts,
- Stock and office supply management,
- Answering incoming client calls and generating tickets when required,
- Making outbound calls to clients, staff and suppliers where required
- Contributing to the continual service improvement of our services.
**What do you need**:
Whilst we list some desirable qualities and experience which is nice to have, we are looking for someone with a strong growth mindset, if you feel you have this but not some of the criteria below, we would still love for you to apply:
- Admin experience preferred,
- Australian PR/Citizenship (we do not have sponsorship opportunities for this role),
- Experience in providing high level customer service,
- Basic experience with Excel and Word as well as other systems
- Strong time management skills,
- Phone experience - making and receiving calls.
- Attention to detail,
- An effective team player with excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal),
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment,
- Desire to learn and develop.

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
