Sales Consultants – Immediate Start - Ballarat & Melbourne Metro

Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | Weekends On: Two Weekdays Off

Are you passionate about furniture, design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our teams across seven Melbourne metro showrooms.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident, friendly communicators with a customer-first approach
  • Candidates with Retail and/or previous Furniture sales experience preferred
  • Positive team players with energy, drive, and initiative
  • Weekend and public holiday availability
  • Professional presentation and a willingness to learn

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering a consultative and professional in-store customer experience
  • Recommending tailored furniture solutions that suit individual needs and style
  • Maintaining showroom presentation to the highest standard
  • Collaborating with your team to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Staying current with product knowledge and promotions
