Sales Reresentative

Bettatech Communications is a locally owned Telstra Partner Store that's been proudly connecting the Ballarat community for over 30 years.

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused sales consultant to join our dynamic team. You'll be helping people choose the right Telstra mobile products, plans and accessories — and you'll be expected to consistently meet and exceed your individual sales targets and KPIs.

In this role you will be expected to:

1. Engage every customer with confidence and enthusiasm, understanding their needs and recommending tailored Telstra solutions.
2. Sell mobile devices, accessories, and Telstra plans, converting enquiries into sales while providing excellent service.
3. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
4. Stay up to date on the latest Telstra products, services, and promotions to give customers accurate information and maximise sales opportunities.
5. Accurately process sales and follow Telstra compliance procedures.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store targets, while taking accountability for your own performance.
