We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our team.

We have an exciting Sales Consultant role for our KIA Brand available within the dealership, so if you are looking for a fantastic place to work, Bedggoods Motor Group is the place for you

The role is responsible for Kia sales of the dealership.

You will be working in a fast paced environment, as a key member of the team. As the face of the dealership you will love meeting and greeting customers, in person, via email or over the phone and have a winning personality. You will be excited by new challenges and take ownership of your role and our clients, ensuring their journey is a positive one.

Successful applicants will possess the following

· Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills

· Spreadsheet proficiency

· Highest level of customer service

· Outstanding communication skills

· Coordinate marketing activities on social media

· Self Management

· A positive mindset who will work with the team and grow as a unit

· Great presentation and looking for a long term career

About You as a Person:

· We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can excel in a demanding sales environment and who can lead by example. You should bring with you;

· Proven success in Sales, with the ability to inspire and lead others

· Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous but not mandatory

· A track record of cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relations

· A growth mindset with a focus of increasing and creating new opportunities

· A definite CAN DO Attitude
