We are a Local, Multi-Franchise, High Volume Motor Group offering great opportunity for success within the industry. We are one of Ballarat's Largest Motor Vehicle Dealership Groups with multiple top 10 brands – We deliver in excess of 200 Cars monthly

We are on the lookout for a high-achieving professional to join our team as a New Vehicle Sales Manager

This excellent career opportunity is available with an attractive commission-based salary, bonus incentives and a 5 day working week

We are interested in hearing from those who have:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry in any capacity. We are happy to entertain candidates who currently in an Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Consultant Role and looking to step up to being a Sales Manager.
  • Have the drive and motivation to succeed and go the extra mile to achieve results within a team environment
  • Have Excellent customer service skills and the ability to profile a customer's needs
  • Be self-disciplined and Process Driven
  • The ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
  • Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills.
  • High attention to Detail.
  • Attractive renumeration package for the successful applicant, based on experience and willingness to learn
