**Retention Sales Consultant**
Do you thrive on customer connection and the ability to challenge yourself each day?

Our retention team is on the hunt for new superstars who can bring amazing customer service, sales skills and overall talent to the team. This role will see you in charge of your annual earnings and utilise your people-skills to answer existing customer inbound calls with some outbound activity to mix up your day and help us maintain and expand our customer base We’re more than just ENERGY

BENEFITS:

- UNCAPPED COMMISION + full time earnings. OTE of $76,000 (Salary + Commissions) plus super on top
- Full time role with flexible rotating roster (Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm + occasional Saturday with a rostered day off during the week)
- Employee benefits of 2 extra days of annual leave a year plus the option to purchase an additional 4 weeks of annual leave each year

What you will need to succeed in this role:

- Ability to communicate with clarity and a friendly tone.
- Capacity to maintain focus, stamina and optimism when dealing with objections.
- Basic computer literacy and problem solving skills.
- Healthy competitive drive and desire to achieve goals and targets.
