About the role:

As a key member of Sarah's team, you will play an integral role in managing the administrative support throughout the listed to settled process for residential apartments and development projects. This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Conducting buyer research, handling enquiries, and maintaining the database (REX)
  • Tracking campaigns, managing schedules and overseeing the settlement process
  • Producing weekly feedback reports and monitoring relevant market trends
  • Preparation and compilation of Proposals, including Agent specific Listing Presentations, Marketing Campaigns, Case Studies and Listing Documents
  • Supporting prospecting activities on prestige properties

What you will bring:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a high-functioning EA or Administration role within the Real Estate industry
  • A solutions-focused mindset and exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Proficient in database management and the Microsoft office suite
  • Holds a current QLD Sales Registration certificate or is willing to obtain one
