In this role, you'll support and inspire your crew, working side-by-side with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine. Your hands-on leadership and coaching will help your team prepare amazing food and provide service that keeps customers coming back. Your ability to balance business objectives with people-first leadership will be key to driving profits, managing costs, and building a positive, high-energy workplace
