**Position Overview**

The purpose of this key role is to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics that support and maximize market share objectives, product launches, branding efforts and profit targets.

The Marketing Executive will utilise effective marketing mix including advertising, promotions, sponsorships and PR.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as an ambassador to engage, liaise and network with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and organisations.
- Analyse customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Plan and execute marketing collateral (catalogues, signage, etc) and digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, EDM and social media) in conjunction with Terex corporate marketing guidelines.
- Facilitate the end-to-end planning and execution of the CRM program.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing team to assist with public relations opportunities, tradeshow planning and execution, and marketing communications.
- Responsible for database marketing, website content maintenance, branded merchandise development, and photoshoot coordination.
- Maintaining corporate management image and recognition within the market.
- Lead marketing efforts related to major product launches, including development of introductory plan and tactical concepts, budget management, and coordination/execution of approved plan.

**Experience and Qualifications**

**Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Business Management or similar.
- 2 years' experience in customer/brand marketing. B2B experience preferred.
- Experience directing and managing suppliers, including vendor selection, establishing realistic budgets and timelines, evaluating creative, and invoice reconciliation.
- Relevant industry/product experience preferred.

**Skills**
- Proven analytical and technical marketing skills.
- Superior oral, written and strategic abilities.
- Ability to persuade through advanced presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, enthusiasm and relationship building.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.

**Travel**
- 15-25% travel.
