Contracts Administrator – Commercial & Industrial Projects

commercial and industrial sectors
. They are known for delivering high-quality projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting career growth for their staff.
The Role
Due to recent project wins, we are seeking an experienced
Contracts Administrator
to join the team. You will be responsible for managing the commercial functions of projects, ensuring accurate cost control, reporting, and contract management from procurement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of contracts and subcontractor agreements
- Procurement, letting, and management of subcontractor packages
- Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Management of progress claims, variations, and EOTs
- Ensuring compliance with head contract obligations
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve successful outcomes
About You
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within a
head contractor environment - Background in
commercial or industrial projects
(essential) - Strong skills in cost reporting, forecasting, and project financials
- Solid understanding of head contract and subcontract management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in construction management systems and Microsoft Office
