**About the role**

The Relationship Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for encouraging supporters to consider including a gift in their Will, for coordinating the stewardship of these supporters and assisting with day-to-day activities for Gifts in Wills marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Managing Manager, Gift and Wills, you will be their right hand; this role will be client-facing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate specific areas of the Gifts in Wills marketing strategy, specifically in relationship to stewardship of existing hand raisers
- To nurture existing supporters in the legacy pipeline, with a focus on movers management and personalised stewardship of committer and completer handraisers, including face to face engagement, in key area around Australia
- To coordinate the planning and implementation of Gifts in Wills marketing materials relating to stewardship across a range of media
- Design, organise, execute and evaluate a gifts in Wills supporter event strategy
- Coordinate the In-Memory program and GoodWill Project
- Estate Administration and Database Management

**Skills & Attributes**

You will be customer service oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a sharp focus on attention to detail. You will have a team-player attitude and also possess:

- Excellent relationship building skills and demonstrated experience in delivering successful supporter relationship outcomes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and high attention to detail
- Creativity and willingness to think innovatively, implementing improvements to current systems and processes where possible
- Experience in event coordination
- Effective management in the development and implementation of multiple projects to meet stakeholder requirements
- Administrative experience in budgets and invoicing
- Experience in Gifts in Wills or in a similar donor development role
- Relevant degree or qualification in marketing/business is desirable
