We're looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our People & Culture team on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to further develop your administration skills in a supportive, collaborative team and contribute to a fast-paced, evolving retail business

Now we're looking for an Admin Assistant to join our People & Culture team, based in our HQ in Pyrmont.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide support to the People & Culture team by managing the HR inbox, responding to employee queries and fostering a positive workplace culture
Prepare employee contracts for new starters, internal transfers and promotions
Maintain accurate employee records, manage databases, and ensure compliance with company policies
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete
Assist with visa and Work Rights checks
Contribute to People projects and initiatives
Support with content and advertising for recruitment
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Previous experience in administration or a related role
Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Availability to work from our Pyrmont office 2-3 days a week
- Australian / NZ citizen or permanent resident
