We're looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our People & Culture team on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to further develop your administration skills in a supportive, collaborative team and contribute to a fast-paced, evolving retail business

Now we're looking for an Admin Assistant to join our People & Culture team, based in our HQ in Pyrmont.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide support to the People & Culture team by managing the HR inbox, responding to employee queries and fostering a positive workplace culture

  • Prepare employee contracts for new starters, internal transfers and promotions

  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage databases, and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete

  • Assist with visa and Work Rights checks

  • Contribute to People projects and initiatives

  • Support with content and advertising for recruitment

What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • Previous experience in administration or a related role

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Availability to work from our Pyrmont office 2-3 days a week

  • Australian / NZ citizen or permanent resident
