We are looking for a highly efficient and proactive Store Support Coordinator to join our Retail Ops team This position is an awesome opportunity for team members who are passionate about our business and would love to be involved in projects & processes to best support our retail teams Additionally, you will live and breathe our customer service standards, ensuring to put their experiences first, always

**The main responsibilities of the role are**:

- Complete and Redirect Service Desk tickets within 24 hours of receiving for the various Store Support categories such as Manual Tenders, Rewards and Store Support.
- Managing Store Support phones - Provide support and efficient resolution to Store Team and Customer issues/enquiries. Alternatively forward calls to specific Departments to assist
- Respond to all Customer requests as a priority providing professional, friendly and helpful assistance
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve work practices which will impact Customers positively
- Wright Express and RD Gift Card Management; including enquiries, extensions, cancellations, value confirmation and redemption issues
- Generate our "Raving Fan Awards" for our Stores
- General administration requirements on an ad hoc basis

**The required skills and experience will include**:

- Prior 1 year experience in a Customer Service, Admin or Reception role is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a high volume environment with minimum supervision
- Strong PC skills (including Microsoft Office and Outlook)
- A can positive work ethic and a can do attitude No job is too big or too small
