Lease Administrator | Permanent Full-Time | Pyrmont

We are currently recruiting a Lease Administrator to join our team in Pyrmont on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Group Lease Administration Manager, this role will handle all aspects of lease administration, including new lease creation, renewals and terminations, and audits and reports.

To be eligible for this role you MUST have the following skills/background:

- 1-2 year/s experience in a similar role, 1 year/s experience if you have worked as a lease administrator already.
- Familiarity with retail lease agreements
- Ability to understand and interpret contracts
- Excellent interpersonal skills, this role requires a large amount of stakeholder management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Lease Eagle knowledge a bonus but not essential
