Strategic Business Development Manager

Establish a strong presence in target market sectors for Options Consulting Group, leveraging the company's reputation and social justice ethos to engage clientele. This strategic role requires developing business opportunities for services to meet sales targets.
A successful candidate will have commercial/business awareness supported by relevant industry (facilities management) experience. The ability to manage a team of two Senior Business Development staff is also essential.
The ideal candidate will be confident, with good time management skills and the willingness to engage with a range of personalities. In this capacity, you will act as the first point of contact in sales, sourcing long-term relationships with clients and key decision makers.
Your primary responsibility will be to expand territory and develop new business leads, which will be converted into live opportunities. You will prepare and submit Sales/KPI reports, tenders, proposals, and sales documentation. A good understanding of facilities management is crucial for success in this role.
