As a Key Account Manager with Goodyear, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships with our distribution partner in the ANZ region. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing account plans to achieve volume, share, and profitability objectives for the Goodyear portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:



  • You will work closely with the Sales Director ANZ to develop and execute strategic plans for key distributor partners.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with our distribution partner to gain a competitive advantage.
  • You will ensure alignment with Goodyear ANZ objectives through effective negotiation and issue resolution.
  • You will collaborate with marketing, product, and pricing functions to build product brand presence and equity.
  • You will partner with the Supply Chain function to facilitate demand forecasting and supply planning.
  • You will lead negotiations for commercial trading agreements with a market-oriented approach.

Requirements:



  • 10 years of B2B sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in key account management.
  • Experience in account management within a distribution model is highly regarded.
  • A proven track record of successful sales growth with large key account customers.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and drive external sales teams.
