About the Role:

Ampersand International is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate development strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and partnership to refine and implement industry programs.
  • Provide coaching and strategic insights to senior leaders within the firm.
  • Manage the opportunity pursuit process and coordinate with partners on pipelines and strategic pursuits.
  • Design and execute revenue-generating marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business development or client management within a law firm or professional services environment, with a focus on Private Capital and Funds Management.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
