Strategic Business Development Lead

About the Role:
Ampersand International is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate development strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director and partnership to refine and implement industry programs.
- Provide coaching and strategic insights to senior leaders within the firm.
- Manage the opportunity pursuit process and coordinate with partners on pipelines and strategic pursuits.
- Design and execute revenue-generating marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development or client management within a law firm or professional services environment, with a focus on Private Capital and Funds Management.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
