Transportation Sales Executive

CEVA Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking an experienced Transportation Sales Executive to join our team. About the RoleThe Transportation Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue in a high-growth market. This position requires a results-driven individual who can achieve targeted sales goals while ensuring alignment with operational capacity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure new customers to optimize transport capacity, contributing to improved efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate closely with the NSW State Transport Manager to align sales efforts with operational capabilities and objectives
- Work with the Senior Transport BDM to ensure strategic alignment, performance monitoring, and support during the sales process
- Implement standardized proposals to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts without disruption to existing operations
- Drive growth through a disciplined sales approach while supporting broader transport solutions for larger contracts
- Proven experience in sales/business development within the transportation sector, with strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of Australian transport networks and operational cost drivers
- Proficiency in using data and performance metrics to refine sales strategies
- Excellent ability to present and negotiate tailored transport solutions
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing transactional sales processes
- Bonus: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, including a field sales incentive plan
