This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established business as a Sales Performance Executive, with a great dealership who pride themselves on having a vibrant and energetic work culture.

As a Sales Performance Executive, you will have the chance to sell new vehicles with the opportunity to also sell used vehicles. You will be responsible for gaining business from new and existing customers by understanding their objectives and buying criteria. Additionally, you will need to maintain a high level of knowledge of all vehicles and products, identifying and exceeding customer's needs with in-depth advice and service.

The ideal candidate will have previous vehicle sales experience in either new or used vehicles, with a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales budgets. They will also be able to use a variety of selling techniques and have a desire to push themselves to achieve. A natural-born salesperson with a desire to make this a career role is what we are looking for.

In return, you will enjoy an attractive remuneration package including a company car/car allowance, allowing you to have a balanced work and family lifestyle with a 5-day working week. The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling new and used vehicles to gain business from new and existing customers
