We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our fleet management activities. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks related to vehicle acquisition, maintenance, scheduling, and reporting.
About the Role:
- Maintain accurate fleet records and generate performance reports.
- Support fuel card programs, monitor expenses, and manage purchase orders.
- Administer fleet management systems and maintain asset records.
- Manage fleet-related queries, coordinate resolutions, and improve customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure our fleet is properly managed and maintained.
- Work closely with the National Fleet Manager to ensure the effective operation of our fleet management activities.
- Develop and implement quality systems and establish efficient processes.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in administrative roles, ideally within logistics, transportation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fleet management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
