Help Desk Operations Coordinator

About This Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Operations Coordinator to join our team at Dubber. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, responding to support queries, and identifying solutions to improve existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Provisioning to activation of customer orders.
- Support Query Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and escalate problems where necessary.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service, preferably in telecommunications.
- Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with Zendesk or Salesforce help desk ticketing systems.
- Applications: Comfortable using Confluence, JIRA, BroadWorks, Webex, or Microsoft Teams.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts simply and present complex processes clearly.
- Languages: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
