Requirements

  • Relevant Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic partnerships or business development role
    • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Relevant tertiary qualification
    • Comprehensive knowledge of superannuation and retirement solutions and how they interact in the market
    • Key understanding of current and proposed regulations impacting superannuation and life insurance industry
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate and obtain key information to support a tender process
    • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
