Job Summary:

We're seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing, activating, and engaging regional partner ecosystems, acquiring new agencies and tech partners for our partner program, and nurturing relationships with existing partners to drive mutual growth. This role requires a self-starter and ownership mindset, a combination of strategic thinking and execution excellence, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role carries a revenue goal.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute the partnership strategy for the region, in alignment with the international partnership strategy.
* Work with the Director of International Partnerships to conduct market sizing, segmentation, and prioritization of partner segments, define initiatives, and create a roadmap to achieve business objectives.
* Acquire and activate new agencies, identifying potential agency partners that drive pipeline, revenue, and effectively manage our clients' engagement programs.
* Grow and optimize technology partnerships, identifying opportunities for expansion into new tech partner categories, leveraging cross-functional resources and programs to scale existing tech partner relationships, and embedding them into Attentive's go-to-market strategy.
* Build and grow partner relationships, conducting territory planning with partners and the Attentive teams to identify opportunities, implementing a range of 1:1 and 1-many activities to foster engagement and drive joint goals, and acting as the primary point of contact for regional partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
* Partner closely with marketing, sales, partner enablement, and product teams to understand partner needs and align them with our offerings, advocate for partner feedback, and collaborate with regional sales & CS teams to drive customer outcomes with partners.

About You:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles within the Martech (or adjacent) industry in Australia or the broader APAC region.
* Experience managing partnerships across agencies, ISVs, SIs, and consultancies.
* Understanding of typical agency service models and financial drivers.
* Strong understanding of marketing technology, trends, and best practices.
* Advanced communication skills and the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity.
* Ability to allocate resources, plan strategically, and manage multiple work streams to ensure successful execution.
* Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
* Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for conferences, events, and agency visits.
