About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director, Strategic Partnerships to join our team at JCDecaux SA. As a key member of our Airport business, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with our airport clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-growth opportunities across our current partnership portfolio and prospective targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop unique partnership opportunities across advertising assets, data, creative solutions, programmatic, and new innovations.
  • Set a vision for success and work closely with peers to embed new processes, behaviors, and KPIs into our evolving Airport team.
  • Maximise and grow media revenue from partnerships for the JCDecaux Airports product portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a program of partner engagement that drives retention and maximises share.
About You

You will have demonstrated experience working within the media industry in a senior capacity, ideally within Out-of-Home, with an entrepreneurial mindset and flair for seeing and realising new opportunities.

Media owner experience is preferred, and experience with premium environments and formats is an advantage.

You will have a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions for brands involving media, activations, digital interactions, data, and creative innovation.

As a proven leader, you will have excellent storytelling capability, communication, and well-developed PowerPoint skills to present Airport partner opportunities in a compelling and consistent way.

You will have exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and commitment from all parties required to support partnership success.
