Strategic Partnership Manager

At Attentive, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the partnership strategy for the region, working closely with the Director of International Partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth and revenue
- Identify and acquire new agency partners to drive pipeline and revenue
- Grow and optimize technology partnerships to expand into new markets
- Build and grow partner relationships through territory planning and engagement activities
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand partner needs and align them with our offerings
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles within the Martech industry in Australia or the broader APAC region
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, trends, and best practices
- Advanced communication skills and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
