People Partnership Manager Role Overview

As a key member of our People Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our corporate and operational functions to drive strategic people initiatives and align them with our wider people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody collaboration and partnership between functional and property leaders to deliver a consistent, efficient, and proactive people agenda.
  • Partner closely with leaders to ensure the people agenda is a priority and solutions meet the unique needs of the group or department.
  • Prioritize and partner in building financially sound recommendations that address both immediate and long-term people and performance needs.
  • Understand the root cause of leadership needs and gather insights on behalf of the people and performance team to inform the design and rollout of initiatives.
  • Coach, develop, and empower leaders to perform as leaders, educating them particularly on the people operating model.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven work experience in a people advisory role.
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources, psychology, or organizational development.
  • Strong relationship, coaching, influencing, and communication skills to build leadership team development.
  • Demonstrates a proactive business partnership, driven by a self-starter mindset and an unwavering can-do attitude.
