Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Director to lead our payment solutions efforts. This role will be responsible for securing deals with our customers, managing working relationships with partners, and establishing heightened value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage working relationships with existing partners, including banks, card schemes, and alternative payment methods.
  • Identify Amazon and partner interests for select events and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, negotiate preferential commercial terms, and explore new partnership opportunities.
  • Liaise with product, operation, and business teams to enhance user experience and define technical requirements.
  • Setup and conduct workshops with partners to define value-added propositions.
  • Work closely with the legal team to optimize partnership agreements and reduce negotiation barriers.
  • Initiate regular review with partners on program performance and produce productive metrics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
