Strategic Partnerships Lead

About the Role
The Partnerships Manager is a critical position responsible for leading the planning, governance, and growth of amaysim partnerships and other strategic programs. Reporting to the Associate Director, Devices & New Partnerships, you will hold accountability for:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive new revenue streams through partnerships and adjacencies
- Managing the partner pipeline, including commercial negotiation, onboarding, and management
- Business case development, onboarding, and revenue realization
- Collaborating with the broader team to understand the impact of new partnerships, share roadmaps, and handle cross-team dependencies
- Ensuring ongoing compliance and risk management of agreed-upon terms, performance evaluation of existing partners, and optimal contract renewal terms or alternative parties
What We're Looking For
This is a truly end-to-end role that requires a strong strategic and critical thinker with proven experience in partnerships and a fast-paced evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, very strong written communication skills, and the ability to separate good ideas from bad using science, strategic frameworks, and commercial analysis.
