About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in the infrastructure program. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of this major government reform initiative.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project support, planning, and reporting, with a particular focus on data analysis and stakeholder engagement. You will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze project data, providing detailed reports on project outcomes.
  • Support the planning, delivery, and monitoring of infrastructure projects within the program.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate records, supporting the reporting and planning processes.
  • Analyze complex datasets and conduct quantitative calculations to identify potential issues or risks.
  • Contribute to risk management processes by assessing data from various sites and providing valuable insights to ensure project success.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals and compliance with internal processes.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in data management, administrative practices, and overall project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project support, planning, and reporting within a similar program or project delivery environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify key insights and risks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with other similar software is a plus.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with internal processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact program while developing your skills in project management, data analysis, and infrastructure delivery.
