We are seeking a skilled Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our team at Integrated Project Services.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our operations, collaborating closely with project managers, regional leaders, and our global support network. As a Corporate Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, emails, and posts, welcoming visitors and guests, monitoring office and equipment supplies, maintaining kitchen, break-out areas, and conference rooms, creating and maintaining databases, filing systems, logs, and reports, supporting travel organization and expense management, assisting in writing contracts, invoices, and backup documentation, participating in project meetings, document protocols, and tracking action items, representing the company in client interactions, exhibiting fiscal responsibility in all tasks, completing assigned project work accurately and on time, organizing office events as needed, handling timesheets, expense reports, and general ordering, and processing accrued hours data.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of general business or administrative experience, preferably in an Engineering, Architectural, or Pharmaceutical setting.
  • Proficiency with Adobe/Acrobat and Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook is required.
Benefits
