Chandler Macleod is seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive project management and administrative support.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support, managing enquiry lines, assisting with learning management, and supporting the team with presentation preparation and secretariat services. You will work across teams and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with project goals and a productive, positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain regular project reporting documentation, keeping accurate records of key decisions and project tracking.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement activities, including planning, coordination, and communications support.
  • Provide coordination and input for briefs, governance meeting papers, and ministerial briefs.
  • Collect and report data on stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Support the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning modules.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries.
  • Assist the Manager with ad hoc tasks as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills – skilled in building relationships and managing communications with diverse groups.
  • Project management experience – proven experience in preparing project and contract documentation and briefings.
  • Communication skills – clear and effective communication skills, with experience in preparing a range of project documentation.
