Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to manage all administrative aspects of the Cadia Tailings STSFX Project on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will facilitate communication between contractors and stakeholders, attend project meetings, and assist the project team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning and delivery by coordinating administrative tasks and facilitating communication between contractors and stakeholders.
  • Attend project meetings and arrange external meetings with stakeholders.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for contractors and project team members.
  • Coordinate mobilization of staff, consultants, and visitors including IT requirements and training.
Project Management Support:
  • Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
  • Assist in developing project presentations and documentation.
  • Format, manage, and register documents and initiate approval workflows.
Project Services:
  • Support project control by assisting with purchase requisitions and managing contractor invoicing.
  • Assist document control team during peak periods and run Aconex reports.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
