About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Ventia, one of the largest essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Project Delivery team by coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with the Project Engineering Coordinator to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the Estate Upkeep, Estate Maintenance and Operation Services Team (EMOS), to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources to source and evaluate pricing data, manage budgets, and coordinate project timelines.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is managed effectively, including project proposals, scoping documents, and financial reports.
Requirements:
  • A comprehensive understanding of cost planning and project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in preparing proposals and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and SAP Project System, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • A demonstrated ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
