Job Description

The Talent and Culture Business Partner will provide advisory services to the Food and Beverage outlets, focusing on people plan development and implementation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on HR-related matters, including employee relations, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective change management.
  • Developing and implementing people plans to drive business success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a HR position.
  • A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the Hospitality Industry Group Award (HIGA).
