Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our recruitment process for stores across the country. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you'll identify and secure top talent to support our growth, manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including building relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging your expertise in behavioural and technical interview techniques.
• Collaborate with our HR team to design and deliver training programs, enhancing the skills of our existing staff and future employees.
• Conduct thorough reference checks, verify credentials, and assess candidate backgrounds to ensure the highest standards are met.

Requirements
• 2-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
• Expertise in designing and delivering recruitment strategies, managing complex projects, and analysing data to inform business decisions.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
