Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and coaching to employees and managers on people matters

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field

- Resourceful mindset and strong attention-to-detail
- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment and workplace safety

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR and be comfortable working in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
