The Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead the operational HR business functions to achieve strategic outcomes. Reporting to the Executive – People and Culture, you will partner with the leadership team to provide advice, influence key business outcomes, and drive strong leadership capability within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the capability of the recruitment and human resources teams.
  • Take ownership of HR systems and processes to culturally embed best practice and efficiencies across the HR lifecycle.
  • Partner with Executive and leaders to build organisational capability.
  • Capture, report, and present HR-related data for informed decision making.
  • Partner, manage, and advise leadership on industrial relations matters.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business strategy.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess passion for people, leadership, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing skills, resilience, and ability to effectively lead change.
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in a related field with a strong understanding of industrial instruments and employment law.
  • MUST have or willing to complete the following: National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and hold a NSW Driver's License.
