We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to support our HR strategy across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that support growth, employee engagement, and performance.

About the Role:

  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing advice and support to managers and employees on all HR matters.
  • Talent Management & Development: Assist with recruitment, talent retention strategies, and career development programs.
  • Performance Management: Partner with managers to implement performance management processes and initiatives that drive high performance across the team.
  • HR Strategy Implementation: Support the execution of the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Training & Development: Help identify training needs and lead the development of training programs for employees.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role, ideally within the retail or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a track record of driving change and improving employee engagement.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
