**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Partner Development Manager** to join our team at Yotpo. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with leading digital, marketing, and retail agencies in the ANZ region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, including account strategists and C-suite executives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive partner engagement, sales, and business growth.
  • Set and track performance metrics to ensure partners meet their sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide partners with training and resources to effectively service Yotpo's product suite.
  • Act as a product evangelist, ensuring partners are informed about product updates, new features, and the overall value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner activities align with company goals.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure partners deliver value to mutual customers.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize partner strategies and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS software sales, agency, or technology sales in a Channel or New Business role.
  • Prior experience working with or managing a digital commerce or digital marketing agency relationship.
  • Passion for digital commerce, with a desire to continuously learn and grow as an eCommerce professional.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships at all levels, demonstrating strong negotiation skills, with a focus on growth and retention.
  • Strategic agility, with the ability to anticipate relationship and decision-making dynamics, and adapt to situations.
  • A seasoned presenter with the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.
  • A fearless networker who enjoys operating outside of their comfort zone and can be highly adaptable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • A natural collaborator and team player, with the ability to find common ground and solve problems for the benefit of all.
  • Ability to create actionable insights from data, with a focus on driving value towards broader business objectives.
  • Valid Australian work authorization required.
