ANZ Distribution Partner Development Manager, APJ Partner Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the ANZ Distribution Partner Development Manager, APJ Partner Development. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast-growing business, driving top line revenue growth and customer adoption through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Channel Strategy
Support the execution of technology services distribution programs in ANZ, developing structured processes around onboarding, enabling, and supporting distribution partners for business and operations.
Nurture Strategic PartnershipsWork across regional sales and partner teams to nurture a cohort of strategic distribution partners that add significant value to AWS Channel Partners, serving as a key member of the AWS distribution team in helping to define and deliver the overall go-to-market strategy.
Drive Business GrowthOwn reporting of the distribution business and participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders, utilizing internal Amazon systems to track key performance metrics.
Travel and CollaborationWillingness to travel 20% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer adoption.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with:
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
We also prefer candidates with:
- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in program or project management
