About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Partner Development Manager to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) team in ANZ. As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a critical role in scaling the delivery of industry-leading partner programs that support the AWS distribution partner cohort in building and differentiating their high-value products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of technology services distribution programs in ANZ
  • Develop structured processes around onboarding, enabling, and supporting distribution partners for business and operations
  • Work across regional sales and partner teams to nurture a cohort of strategic distribution partners that add significant value to AWS Channel Partners
  • Serve as a key member of the AWS distribution team in helping to define and deliver the overall go-to-market strategy
  • Own reporting of the distribution business and participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders
  • Utilize internal Amazon systems to track key performance metrics

Requirements
  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience in program or project management
