The Field and Partner Solutions Engineering Manager - Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) is a key leadership position that requires a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the ANZ Field and Partner Solutions Engineering team.
This role will be responsible for setting and executing the technical ANZ pre-sales direct and channels/partner strategy, driving the Zoom vision, and building business plans with ANZ sales, channel, customer success, and marketing cross-functional partners.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven experienced leader who can work with the ANZ Solutions Engineering team to remove obstacles and allow them to focus on their priorities.
Responsibilities- Lead the ANZ Field and Partner Solutions Engineering team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and execute the technical ANZ pre-sales direct and channels/partner strategy to drive business growth
- Drive the Zoom vision and strategy in the ANZ region
- Build and maintain relationships with ANZ sales, channel, customer success, and marketing cross-functional partners
- Define and implement Zoom partner technical enablement and demand generation events
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise
- Handle business, technical, personnel, and customer escalations
- 3+ years of experience leading a technical pre-sales direct and channels organisation
- Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and executive presence
- Understanding of partner business and how Zoom services can enhance their value proposition
- Industry competitive knowledge including solution, technology, and product offerings from Microsoft, RingCentral, 8x8, Nice, Cisco Systems, and other vendors
- Self-motivated, organised, and a strategic thinker with the ability to break down ambiguous/complex problems and deliver a cohesive recommendation
- Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent
