ANZ Distribution Partner Development Manager, APJ Partner Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Partner Development Manager to join our Amazon team in APJ. As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a critical role in helping us redefine the IT industry and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Distribution Strategies
Support the execution of technology services distribution programs in ANZ, developing structured processes around onboarding, enabling, and supporting distribution partners for business and operations. - Nurture Strategic Partnerships
Work across regional sales and partner teams to nurture a cohort of strategic distribution partners that add significant value to AWS Channel Partners. - Drive Business Growth
Serve as a key member of the AWS distribution team in helping to define and deliver the overall go-to-market strategy, owning reporting of the distribution business and participating in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders. - Utilize Data and Metrics
Utilize internal Amazon systems to track key performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Business Development Experience
3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience. - Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Stakeholder Management
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, as well as experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
