Field and Partner Solutions Engineering Manager, ANZ

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our ANZ Field and Partner Solutions Engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the technical pre-sales strategy for our ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the ANZ Field and Partner Solutions Engineering team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute the technical ANZ pre-sales direct and channels/partner strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business plans and drive the Zoom vision.
- Define and implement partner technical enablement and demand generation events.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Handle business, technical, personnel, and customer escalations.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 3+ years of experience leading a technical pre-sales direct and channels organization.
- Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and executive presence.
- Understanding of partner businesses and how Zoom services can enhance their value proposition.
- Industry-competitive knowledge of solution, technology, and product offerings from Microsoft, RingCentral, 8x8, Nice, Cisco Systems, and other vendors.
- Self-motivation, organization, and strategic thinking skills.
- A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree or equivalent.
