Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef to join our team at TGI Fridays. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing high-quality food and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Energetic attitude, team player approach, and strong work ethic
  • Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (desired but not essential)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia

We are looking for candidates available to work on a rotating roster, including:

  • Tuesday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
  • Wednesday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
  • Thursday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
  • Friday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
  • Saturday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
  • Sunday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning

Expected Salary: $73,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
